Client Solutions Specialist I

Collect delinquent accounts using agreed-upon collection strategies while following all collection policies, procedures, and guidelines. Deliver exceptional client service through transparent, professional communication, including providing cure plans and negotiating payment arrangements. Maintain accurate documentation in the system of record, execute trained call scripts, monitor performance against call metrics, process payments and transactions, and complete required CBT courses.
