Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute overall account strategy for defined enterprise accounts or territories, focusing on platform adoption and aligning to complex business objectives.
  • •Lead early-stage technical discussions, articulating architectural vision and roadmap, and addressing complex solution-based questions during discovery and qualification.
  • •Act as Chief Architect of the Deal, explaining integration of Salesforce products (Data Cloud, MuleSoft, Slack, Core Clouds) to deliver strategic outcomes.
  • •Utilize a consultative, challenger selling approach to diagnose business challenges and articulate the technical value of the Salesforce platform.
  • •Collaborate across functions to coordinate internal resources and manage executive relationships with C-suite and technical decision-makers.
