Job Summary

Manage health and welfare plan memberships by controlling and recording affiliations, keeping member data updated, and handling individual contributions from setup through collection. Coordinate daily administration tasks for the adherence service and provide phone support to members and participating companies. Assist users of online spaces and help drive qualitative and quantitative service goals, aligned with rules, protocols, legislation, and service commitments.

Key Responsibilities

•Control and record affiliations of members and their beneficiaries for company collective health contracts.
•Update member data throughout the contract lifecycle.
•Manage individual contributions from setup through collection.
•Organize service operations (triaging requests, handling returns such as NPAI).
•Provide phone support and guidance to members and subscribing companies, including assisting with online spaces usage.
