You will oversee end-to-end operations, inventory control, and cross-team collaboration to improve efficiency and store performance in Amman, Jordan, helping reduce costs while maintaining quality and compliance.

•Assist the operations manager with end-to-end store operations, including inventory management, pick-pack processes, property/asset management, and cost control
•Monitor supervisors to ensure adherence to inventory processes and shrink/expiry control
•Track order fulfillment, KPI, and staff availability; escalate issues as needed
•Collaborate with maintenance, IT, logistics, marketing, and other teams on required initiatives
•Support training, store visits, compliance, and implementation of improvement initiatives

Key Requirements

•University Graduate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operation Management or other related field
•Strong Communication Skills
•Language skills: Fluent English and Arabic
•Experience in supply chain and Operations and related experience, with minimum 3-5 years’
•Exceptional leadership, people management, and team-building skills
