Key Responsibilities

•Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations for each client’s needs.
•Educate and empower clients by demonstrating product expertise.
•Stay ahead of beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
•Support results by exceeding sales goals and key performance indicators.
•Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment through inventory and merchandising support.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 18.2 - 21.4 hourly

Key Requirements

•Previous experience providing excellent service and building client relationships in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environments.
•Passion for beauty and current trends with a drive to empower clients’ confidence journeys.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented and inclusive environment.
•Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
