Key Responsibilities

  • •Own employee benefits and taxes forecasting by analyzing monthly variances, collaborating with accounting, and reporting during monthly close meetings.
  • •Execute consolidated monthly reporting and planning, including Budget vs. Actual (BvA) analyses and related materials.
  • •Support preparation of finance slides for quarterly board presentations.
  • •Standardize and enhance reporting processes in collaboration with Corporate Systems, leveraging AI tools to drive automation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum of 1 year of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, public accounting, or related finance functions.
  • •Experience at B2B technology companies (preferred).
  • •Experience with Adaptive Insights and AI tools (a plus).
  • •Strong attention to detail and the ability to translate financial data into clear executive presentations.
