Job Summary

Own end-to-end implementation delivery for Visa’s Commercial and Money Movement Solutions, partnering with client institutions and internal teams across APAC. Manage project scope, plans, status, and issue logs while coordinating product configurations, conversions, and maintenance requests. Serve as a subject matter expert to train and consult clients on solution features, represent change requests, and escalate projects when needed to ensure successful adoption.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide quality project management and implementation support to Visa client institutions, processors, and/or third-party platforms in the assigned region.
•Create and maintain implementation best practices for commercial and money movement solutions using project management methodology and payments industry knowledge.
•Coordinate with clients on product setup requirements and facilitate product configurations, conversions, and maintenance requests with minimal client impact.
•As a subject matter expert, train and consult customers and internal stakeholders on supported solution delivery and adoption.
•Prepare and maintain project documentation (scope, plans, status reports, and issue logs) and report progress weekly/monthly to management while managing change requests and expectations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in information technology (or equivalent).
•Minimum 8 years of experience in project management and/or implementation management in financial services/payment card or client-facing roles.
•Understanding of digital payments and hands-on experience with web-based technologies including HTML, web APIs, JSON, and XML using tools such as SOAP UI and Postman.
•Hands-on implementation experience with secure communication protocols such as SFTP, FTP/S, and HTTPS for file integration with clients.
•Strong technical aptitude to understand technical documents, apply project management methodology, and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
