Claims Technical Learning Consultant (North Sydney, AU)

Design and deliver capability initiatives across Retail Life Claims, with a focus on Income Protection. Partner with claims leaders and subject matter experts to embed improvements in claims management and return-to-work outcomes, and develop learning solutions that drive behaviour change and adoption of new ways of working. Support onboarding and performance support tools, facilitate workshops and coaching, and evaluate program effectiveness to improve business outcomes.
