Branch Leader I, II or III West Poinsett

Lead all aspects of an assigned Truist branch, driving performance through coaching, leadership, and hands-on management. Grow branch business by delivering strong results in Small Business, Mass Affluent, and Integrated Relationship Management partnerships through client appointments, outbound calling, prospecting, and community involvement. Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, risk management policies, and the Truist Code of Ethics, while managing human capital decisions including hiring, performance reviews, scheduling, and disciplinary actions.
