Key Responsibilities

  • •Own HVAC system design, coordination and integration across building projects from design development through tender preparation to project administration.
  • •Lead the design process, promoting cost-effective and innovative HVAC solutions.
  • •Coordinate project documentation (drawings, specifications) and review inputs from the team.
  • •Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure HVAC design intent and compliance with codes/standards, from concept through construction administration.
  • •Identify and manage risks, ensuring compliance with commercial and contractual processes and flag resource concerns.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or above in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • •5+ years of relevant engineering design experience and knowledge in Mechanical systems.
  • •Prior experience in engineering consulting work, particularly Healthcare Facilities or project management advantageous
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • •Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools
