FSS Associate II

Own Order to Cash (OTC) operations, supporting month-end/quarter-end/year-end close, general ledger activities, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and external auditors to support audits and statutory reporting. Improve and automate processes to strengthen controls and streamline workflows, manage daily cash application and customer account clearing, and resolve unapplied cash and payment discrepancies using accounting systems and Excel.
