Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end content production for Accountancy Age, including news, trend analysis, features, and original materials relevant to UK and Europe finance/accounting professionals.
  • •Cover the beat by researching and reporting on UK & European finance and accounting market trends.
  • •Source and commission freelance contributors and develop expert professionals as sources, contributors, or partners.
  • •Line-manage and coach a full-time reporter, including editorial program delivery such as “35 under 35” and “50 plus 50”.
  • •Drive audience engagement using newsletters, SEO/AI optimization, social and third-party channels, and reporting on traffic and core editorial metrics.
