Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide reward expertise across fixed reward, variable incentives, and employee benefits design, implementation, and annual reviews.
  • •Ensure reward practices support attraction, retention, and motivation while meeting legal and regulatory requirements.
  • •Collaborate with HR and senior leadership to influence decisions with insights and recommendations across the total reward approach.
  • •Support annual reward processes, regulatory reporting, and interpretation of market data to inform business decisions.
  • •Maintain reward data, manage survey participation, and run reward projects through planning, execution, and completion with stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • •Extensive experience in reward analysis with a track record of improvements.
  • •Proven ability to independently manage a regional reward portfolio with stakeholder management and delivery.
  • •Demonstrated expertise in compensation frameworks, market pricing, salary structure management, benefits governance, vendor management, and reward compliance across multiple countries.
  • •Proficiency in reward analysis tools and advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge, plus strong analytical and quantitative skills.
