Deliver exceptional consumer experiences in-store by using the C.H.A.R.M. service model, educating customers on products, promotions, and events, and supporting store goals. Assist across retail departments including consumer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, and stock room management. Handle daily retail operations such as POS system management, replenishment, pricing/markdowns, loyalty program promotion, and cleanliness standards while collaborating with Store Management to improve sales performance and following asset protection procedures.
