Drive the global design and deployment of enterprise capability academies, translating global learning strategy into scalable, high-impact learning solutions that accelerate business performance. Own skill outcomes and measurable impact (adoption, engagement, ROI), orchestrate a learning ecosystem with partners and platforms (e.g., Degreed, Coursera), and lead content strategy and optimization. Partner with global functions and P&O to ensure governance, budget discipline, and strong stakeholder alignment across markets.
