•Lead and contribute to the development of new advertising capabilities (ad serving, targeting, measurement) aligned to the Digital Advertising team strategy.
•Design, build, and deploy advertising capabilities while collaborating across platforms and cross-functional teams.
•Support assessment of third-party technology solutions for suitability in the emerging platform.
•Perform code reviews to ensure high-quality releases, strong user experiences, scalability, and regulatory compliance.
•Collaborate with product owners/designers and coach or potentially lead junior engineers; participate in recruiting and continuous improvement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 123,000 - 215,250 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years building and deploying large-scale software products with strong software engineering fundamentals.
•Significant experience with Java, REST APIs, cloud engineering, and building digital experiences.
•Strong understanding of CI/CD and DevOps, including system and platform resiliency.
•Experience with digital advertising and/or media network software engineering; Google Ads Manager experience is preferred.
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or information systems (or equivalent); advanced degree preferred.
