Job Summary

Lead the HEYDUDE store team to deliver outstanding consumer experiences while driving sales and supporting daily operations. Assist with opening/closing, cash handling, store recovery standards, POS system management, stock room replenishment, pricing/markdowns, and loyalty program promotion. Partner with the Store Manager to coordinate and delegate daily tasks across teams, model best practices, and ensure asset protection, inventory control, and compliance initiatives are followed.

•Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the V.I.B.E.S service model.
•Support daily retail operations including consumer service, POS system management, stock room management/replenishment, pricing and markdowns, loyalty program promotion, and store cleanliness.
•Oversee store-wide operations with the Store Manager by coordinating, delegating, and prioritizing tasks to ensure smooth execution.
•Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives and sharing that knowledge with consumers.
•Follow HEYDUDE policies including asset protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives while modeling best practices to drive sales performance and KPIs.
