Job Summary

Lead day-to-day operations for Deliveroo Editions in Dubai, a delivery-only kitchen network. Drive site performance across customer satisfaction, productivity, inventory accuracy, and waste reduction while meeting KPI targets. Key Responsibilities

•Own the day-to-day operations in the site and lead the team to achieve company objectives.
•Develop, train, and motivate employees to achieve targets and deliver operational excellence against KPI goals.
•Supervise compliance with SOPs and ensure Health & Safety and due diligence measures are followed; action product recalls/withdrawals.
•Execute cost control and budget adherence, managing Opex, maintenance, and influencing utilities and labour spending.
•Maintain stock accuracy and inventory control while keeping operational and financial trackers, logs, and sheets up to date.

Key Requirements

•1-2 years of junior management experience in food & beverage, ideally in the restaurant industry.
•Experience influencing KPI performance and driving operational excellence.
•Knowledge of food safety and health & safety compliance requirements.
•Previous experience leading a team of several direct reports.
•Tech-savvy comfort working with numbers, with experience using Looker preferred.
