Job Summary

Partner with business stakeholders on commercial contracting and legal advisory for Webull’s broker-dealer and advisory lines. Draft, review, negotiate, and execute technology, SaaS, vendor, marketing, consulting, and data licensing agreements. Support broker-dealer regulatory and compliance matters by translating complex issues into practical guidance, identifying risks early, and recommending scalable, business-forward solutions in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead drafting, review, negotiation, and execution of commercial agreements including SaaS, technology, vendor, marketing, consulting, and data licensing.
•Develop and maintain contract templates, negotiation playbooks, and internal knowledge resources to improve consistency and efficiency.
•Serve as a trusted legal advisor by providing business-focused guidance on commercial, operational, product, and regulatory matters.
•Advise on legal and regulatory issues affecting broker-dealer operations and financial services activities in collaboration with Compliance and Risk.
•Monitor legal and regulatory developments and provide practical recommendations for implementation and strategic initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 95,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

•J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.
•Approximately 3–7 years of experience in a leading law firm, in-house legal department, or a combination of both.
•Demonstrated experience drafting, negotiating, and advising on commercial agreements, especially technology, SaaS, software, vendor, and services agreements.
•Strong judgment with the ability to issue-spot and provide practical, business-oriented advice in a fast-paced environment.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with both legal and non-legal stakeholders.
