Key Responsibilities

•Manage projects including client relationships, contracting, project planning and execution, financial management, technical management, change management and project team management including subcontractors
•Lead the technical execution of projects including structural stability and strength analyses, PFMA, risk assessments, site inspection, construction observation, and regulatory compliance for hydraulic concrete structures
•Plan, manage and lead field investigations for various hydraulic structures
•Prepare and perform quality control reviews of deliverables such as design calculations, engineering reports, construction drawings, and technical specifications
•Build and maintain project schedules, manage resources, budgets and risk; supervise multi-disciplinary teams and mentor junior staff

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with emphasis in Structural Engineering + 8 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience/education
•Licensed Professional Engineer in at least one state with ability to reciprocity in additional states
•Minimum of 5 years of direct experience managing projects including budgets, schedule, staffing, quality control, and/or client relations
•Minimum 2 years of experience developing proposals including preparing technical approaches and scopes of work, budgeting, and scheduling
•Occasional travel to project sites, client meetings, and/or professional conferences; valid U.S. Driver’s License and ability to pass MVR; U.S. Citizenship is required
