Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide expertise, management, and support for Digital Technology systems in complex Microsoft Windows and Enterprise Linux environments, including DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and server replication technologies.
  • •Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux server infrastructure to ensure system reliability, availability, and performance.
  • •Develop and implement technology solutions based on industry best practices to support business and operational objectives.
  • •Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues involving hardware, operating systems, and integrated technologies.
  • •Manage and support virtualized environments using VMware technologies, including performance tuning of physical and virtual servers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 8+ years IT experience (or an advanced degree with 5+ years related experience).
  • •Experience administering Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, system hardening, and enterprise server management.
  • •Hands-on experience with VMware virtualization platforms (vCenter, vSphere, ESX) in production environments.
  • •Experience with cloud technologies including Microsoft Azure and AWS, including automation with Ansible playbooks.
  • •Experience managing medium-sized server environments with NAS/SAN storage, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, switches, routers, firewalls), and system performance monitoring tools.
