Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, manage, and review electrical and ICA design elements for wastewater and water infrastructure/treatment projects, including technical calculations, diagrams, and reports.
  • •Engage across all design stages (feasibility through construction design) while ensuring compliance with national and international design standards.
  • •Collaborate with other discipline teams and communicate effectively with clients and collaborators during design and planning phases.
  • •Delegate tasks, direct and oversee the work of others, and provide technical mentoring to more junior staff.

  • •BEng or MEng in a related engineering field with experience in water and wastewater treatment.
  • •Chartered Member of a relevant Professional Institution.
  • •Proven experience in team leadership, mentoring, and line management.
  • •Strong collaboration and coordination skills between teams, clients, and stakeholders.
