Key Responsibilities

•Promote and explain the organization’s WXP products, highlighting features and benefits to potential customers.
•Provide technical expertise and support to account managers to identify and nurture leads and drive revenue growth.
•Develop consultative relationships by understanding clients’ business needs within their industry.
•Create customized proposals and solutions aligning offerings with clients’ objectives and manage the sales pipeline through multiple stages.
•Guide junior team members in sales techniques and participate in ongoing sales training.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Four-year or graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline or demonstrated competence
•Typically 4-7 years of work experience in technical/consultative selling or account management
•WXP Platform (Workforce Experience Platform) knowledge or experience
•Proven ability to build consultative relationships, manage sales pipelines, and drive revenue growth
•Strong demonstrated skills in product knowledge, demonstrations, solution selling, and negotiation
