Key Responsibilities

•Lead a portfolio of strategic Finance & Accounting programs from intake through hypercare, including requirements, design/build, testing, deployment, change management, and post-launch stabilization.
•Use appropriate predictive and agile methodologies to drive end-to-end execution toward mission objectives and outcomes.
•Design reporting and governance frameworks to communicate program health, risk, and outcomes to senior leadership.
•Drive cross-functional delivery across Finance & Accounting, Corporate Technology, Business Operations, and Supply Chain while managing competing priorities and accountability.
•Identify gaps in PMO methodology, tooling, and documentation and build scalable solutions to mature the Finance PMO function.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 166,000 - 193,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in project/program management with significant time in finance, accounting, and/or technology environments.
•Lead complex, multi-workstream programs where requirements evolve and stakeholders span multiple functions, including designing governance and PMO processes.
•Deep familiarity with financial systems (ERP, EPM, BI platforms) and the organizational change that accompanies implementations.
•Strong executive communication to translate complexity into decision-ready narratives and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•Hands-on experience with Jira for portfolio initiative and task-level tracking; experience administering/configuring Confluence for reporting and documentation; PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification.
