Job Summary

Lead operational excellence and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations by applying Lean and CORE principles. Conduct analysis to optimize equipment, procedures, workforce, and training, and implement standard work and resource allocation improvements. Drive kaizen events, process maturity assessments, and CORE tool adoption with manufacturing cells. Monitor KPIs and use root cause analysis and problem-solving to execute improvement opportunities, including internal CORE/Lean training and day-to-day production line issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct research and analysis to evaluate solutions for optimizing equipment, procedures, workforce, or training to improve workflow and sequence of operations.
•Implement standard work improvements and resource allocation (materials, personnel, and equipment) to maximize efficiency and floor space utilization.
•Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with CORE/Lean Manufacturing, including kaizen events and process maturity assessments.
•Partner with manufacturing cells to implement CORE tools and drive operational excellence across the site.
•Monitor KPIs and use data-driven methods such as root cause analysis and problem solving to identify and execute improvement opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a University Degree in industrial engineering or related fields and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
•Typically requires 1 year of relevant experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Operational Excellence.
•Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement tools such as Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, Standard Times, and Line Balancing.
•Experience with the CORE Operating System or similar lean frameworks.
•Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, pivot tables) and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint), with basic Power BI knowledge.
