•Manage a blended team of iOS and Android engineers, handling goal-setting, performance reviews, mentorship, coaching, team health, team staffing, and delivery
•Participate actively in cross-functional planning, helping define Trust & Safety’s roadmap and ensuring that the team makes effective progress against business goals
•Collaborate with engineering management peers across Trust & Safety to develop a technical roadmap that complements the broader product roadmap
•Take on individual contributor work for smaller, well-scoped projects on either platform, writing production Swift or Kotlin code as a complement to your management responsibilities
•Ensure consistent quality and reliability standards across iOS and Android

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 191,500 - 229,500 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years of mobile engineering experience in Swift (iOS) and/or Kotlin (Android); experience across both platforms is strongly preferred
•3+ years of engineering management experience
•Comfortable operating as a player-coach – primary job is leading the team, with ability to write production code when needed
•Genuine interest in how AI tooling is changing mobile development workflows and how to help the team adopt those shifts
•Experience building consumer-facing mobile features with a high UX and reliability standard
