Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage architectural construction projects end-to-end, including design, permitting, procurement, construction, and closeout.
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact across design teams, engineering, contractors/subcontractors, maintenance teams, and other stakeholders.
  • •Define project requirements and prepare preliminary designs, including siting, massing, and programming.
  • •Produce conceptual 3D renders and visualizations to support project design reviews.
  • •Own project controls (schedule and cost), manage design and construction contracts, and handle submittals, RFIs, change orders, and field design conflicts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in architecture, architectural engineering, or another engineering discipline.
  • •7+ years of professional experience with architecture and/or engineering of capital projects.
  • •Experience managing major ground-up commercial or residential developments, including estimating, cost control, scheduling, and contractor management.
  • •Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, and project scheduling software.
  • •Licensed architect in Texas or Project Management Professional (PMP).
