Key Responsibilities

  • •Proctor and score CNA exam candidates: administer computerized written exams and objectively observe and rate clinical skills.
  • •Prepare and manage test events by monitoring rosters, setting up/cleaning up sites, and controlling the test area per policies.
  • •Verify candidate identification, monitor exams, and resolve candidate issues or escalate to the appropriate supervisor.
  • •Protect exam content through computer-based testing and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • •Maintain strong site relationships, coordinate candidate rosters, and manage online appointment scheduling for event coverage.

Key Requirements

  • •Registered Nurse with an active and unrestricted license in the state of operation.
  • •1+ year of experience in long-term care or caring for the chronically ill.
  • •Intermediate to advanced technical skills and familiarity with computer programs/applications (MS Office, Outlook, web browsing).
  • •Valid driver’s license and a vehicle to travel to test events.
  • •Strong communication skills and strong problem-solving/troubleshooting, able to work independently.
