Key Responsibilities

•Proctor and score CNA exam candidates: administer computerized written exams and objectively observe and rate clinical skills.
•Prepare and manage test events by monitoring rosters, setting up/cleaning up sites, and controlling the test area per policies.
•Verify candidate identification, monitor exams, and resolve candidate issues or escalate to the appropriate supervisor.
•Protect exam content through computer-based testing and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
•Maintain strong site relationships, coordinate candidate rosters, and manage online appointment scheduling for event coverage.

Key Requirements

•Registered Nurse with an active and unrestricted license in the state of operation.
•1+ year of experience in long-term care or caring for the chronically ill.
•Intermediate to advanced technical skills and familiarity with computer programs/applications (MS Office, Outlook, web browsing).
•Valid driver’s license and a vehicle to travel to test events.
•Strong communication skills and strong problem-solving/troubleshooting, able to work independently.
