Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, review, and implement fault management strategies, processes, standards, and procedures aligned with operational resilience goals.
  • •Lead the shift and day-to-day fault management operations, providing line management for Fault Controllers and FLRTs including rostering, duty allocation, and rotation.
  • •Coordinate live fault and incident response as the operational focal point with the OCC Duty Manager and technical teams to minimize service disruption.
  • •Drive KPI achievement through performance monitoring, shift reviews, de-briefs, corrective actions, and accurate operational reporting with reliable MMS recording.
  • •Manage workforce capability and performance, including CMS cycles, training compliance, assessments, succession planning, and employee relations processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering diploma or Bachelor’s/Master’s in engineering, computer science, or a related discipline.
  • •At least 2 years’ experience as a Fault Controller, Engineering Controller, or Infrastructure Access Controller.
  • •5 years’ experience in asset maintenance for railway services or similar industrial systems.
  • •Control centre environment experience related to Metro Railways (fault or operations control).
  • •Supervisory/managerial experience in a dynamic control-centre environment plus strong safety management/QHSE compliance knowledge.
