Key Responsibilities

  • •Run payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS across multiple U.S. states and international geographies in partnership with PEOs and EORs.
  • •Ensure compliance with U.S. and international employment law, and maintain the employee handbook and policies as the company adds states/countries.
  • •Own compensation benchmarks and frameworks (pay bands, promotion ladders, merit/raise cycles, bonus/incentive structures) and manage the benefits program.
  • •Partner with hiring managers across the full employee lifecycle: recruiting, onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding.
  • •Lead talent strategy and strategic workforce planning using people metrics for leadership/board reporting, while advising on org design, team health, and employee relations.
Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 120,000 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years in HR/People leadership owning both operational and strategic sides of the function.
  • •Experience building HR from the ground up or scaling it through a high-growth stage (Series A/B or equivalent).
  • •Track record of hiring and developing high performers and building performance management systems employees respect.
  • •Ability to operate across multiple geographies, ideally with international employment considerations.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills to champion change management during rapid growth.
