Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as Marketing Cloud Subject Matter Expert for technical and operational configuration needs.
  • •Be the single point of customer accountability for orchestration of Signature deliverables, experience, renewal, and expansion.
  • •Maintain stakeholder relationships across customer IT and business leadership and sponsors/decision-makers.
  • •Coordinate Signature Success service delivery, provide proactive Salesforce feature guidance, and advise on adoption of annual release changes.
  • •Act as advocate during triage and resolution of high severity cases; conduct quarterly reviews to identify trends and provide tailored release recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant experience in Technical Customer Success, Customer Success Management, SaaS platform use, project leadership, technology consulting, or solutions architecture.
  • •Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including influencing executives and C-level stakeholders.
  • •Ability to analyze technical concepts and translate them into business terms, mapping business requirements into technical features.
  • •Coordinate work around high volume and/or key customer events and support timely resolution of customer needs or projects.
  • •Advanced English skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
