Key Responsibilities

•Lead the evolution of Carta’s Fund Tax platform and Fund Operations to deliver real-time, delightful experiences for private venture funds CFOs
•Define and communicate product strategy, prioritize backlog, and drive delivery with cross-functional teams (design, eng, business)
•Architect scalable data flows from the General Ledger to tax-ready outputs with minimal manual intervention
•Leverage AI to transform core fund workflows, making them faster, more intuitive, and more powerful
•Collaborate with stakeholders across Fund Tax and Fund Operations to align on roadmaps and measure impact

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 204,000 - 240,000 annually

•7+ years experience in product management in a high-paced, agile software development environment with a proven track record of shipping impactful products
•Several years of experience in building products at startups in cross-functional teams with product designers, engineers, and business partners
•Empathic and driven by solving problems for users with the ability to dig deep into their problems
•Systems thinker who can draw data flow diagrams and handle complexity
•Able to think big picture on product strategy and also solve a calculation definition issue in the trenches
