Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct trades for communications, sensing, and effector systems to deliver successful mission outcomes.
  • •Architect autonomous multi-function, multi-mode payload and system solution concepts, including requirements, layouts, and interfaces.
  • •Adapt or derive physics-based models of payload system performance with subject matter experts.
  • •Adapt or develop validated effects-based models for mission-level modeling and simulation tools.
  • •Validate system performance with test & integration engineers and integrate high-performance systems for customers; manage internal/subcontractor development teams and communicate results internally and externally.

Salary: USD 166,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
  • •Domain expertise in communications, sensing, and effector systems in one or more of Radar, EO/IR, RF, and EW.
  • •Ability to perform physics-based modeling and system performance analysis in tools of your choice.
  • •2+ years in payload integration and validation (more is better).
  • •8+ years in a relevant Science and/or Engineering field.
