Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary post-sales owner for assigned customer accounts and lead ongoing engagement to align security and business priorities.
  • •Perform customer lifecycle activities including onboarding, adoption planning, success planning, EBRs, usage monitoring, health management, and renewal support.
  • •Build trusted relationships with CISOs, security architects, SOC leaders, and IT leadership; proactively identify and mitigate risk to satisfaction, adoption, or retention.
  • •Act as a trusted cybersecurity advisor, provide guidance on security architecture, threat detection strategies, and operational best practices; conduct architecture discussions and reviews.
  • •Collaborate with Sales and internal teams (Threat Research, Product Management) to drive adoption, renewals, expansions, and feedback-based product improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles such as security architect, security consultant, security engineer, technical account manager, or technical advisor.
  • •Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains including endpoint security, XDR/SOC operations, cloud security, identity security, and network security architecture.
  • •Experience working directly with enterprise security teams and CISOs.
  • •Strong customer engagement and relationship management skills.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and executive stakeholders.
