Job Summary

Support end-to-end execution of investor information requests, including RFPs, DDQs, and ongoing monitoring deliverables across asset classes. Manage a high-volume pipeline with tight deadlines while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment to approved firm messaging. Partner with investment, product strategy, legal, compliance, risk, and operations stakeholders to source content, validate data, and drive approvals. Contribute to process improvements and maintain internal content libraries to enable faster, higher-quality responses.

Key Responsibilities

•Own preparation, coordination, and timely delivery of investor/client requests including RFPs, DDQs, and monitoring requests.
•Manage a high-volume pipeline of concurrent requests, prioritizing to meet deadlines while maintaining quality and consistency.
•Coordinate across product strategy and investment, legal, compliance, risk, and operations stakeholders to source content, validate data, and obtain approvals.
•Ensure responses align with approved firm messaging, disclosures, and style guidelines; flag inconsistencies or outdated content.
•Contribute to process improvements and support maintenance/enhancement of internal content libraries and reference materials.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in asset management or financial services with direct exposure to RFIs, DDQs, RFPs, or client reporting.
•Ability to perform under tight deadlines while managing multiple deliverables concurrently.
•Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong focus on quality, accuracy, and completeness.
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, plus experience using proposal management systems and content databases.
•Clear, concise written communication skills to translate complex investment concepts into client-friendly language.
