Key Responsibilities

  • •Own preparation, coordination, and timely delivery of investor/client requests including RFPs, DDQs, and monitoring requests.
  • •Manage a high-volume pipeline of concurrent requests, prioritizing to meet deadlines while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • •Coordinate across product strategy and investment, legal, compliance, risk, and operations stakeholders to source content, validate data, and obtain approvals.
  • •Ensure responses align with approved firm messaging, disclosures, and style guidelines; flag inconsistencies or outdated content.
  • •Contribute to process improvements and support maintenance/enhancement of internal content libraries and reference materials.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in asset management or financial services with direct exposure to RFIs, DDQs, RFPs, or client reporting.
  • •Ability to perform under tight deadlines while managing multiple deliverables concurrently.
  • •Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong focus on quality, accuracy, and completeness.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, plus experience using proposal management systems and content databases.
  • •Clear, concise written communication skills to translate complex investment concepts into client-friendly language.
