Job Summary

Design, script, test, implement, and maintain robotics process and desktop automations of moderate complexity. Create comprehensive test plans and cases, coordinate automation test data across systems, and run performance/load tests to confirm expected automation levels. Investigate and resolve technical problems with clients and technical staff, document automation capabilities, and help assess feasibility, timelines, and cost for new automation opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

•Test, create, implement, and support robotics process and desktop automations, including designing, scripting, and maintaining/modifying automations.
•Build comprehensive automation test plans and test cases and coordinate automation test data needs across systems.
•Create and execute performance and load tests to ensure expected automation performance levels.
•Investigate, analyze, and resolve technical problems, sometimes by leading clients and technical staff.
•Estimate timetables and project tasks and participate in feasibility assessments for new automation opportunities, including determining best automation approach.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
•10+ years of relevant work experience using programming concepts, development logic, or automating highly complex processes.
•Thorough knowledge of data and process modeling, system/application testing, SDLC, and application design/architecture, including robotics suites.
•Thorough understanding of release management and product/vendor evaluation.
•Thorough knowledge of Java or VBA languages (or other configuration/scripting technology) with demonstrated problem-solving and collaboration skills.
