Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and implement a complete project management approach, including procedures, roles and responsibilities, templates, and performance measurement indicators.
  • •Plan strategic and priority projects, coordinate launch documentation, and oversee execution phases to ensure adherence to the approved schedule.
  • •Manage project risks, handle change requests, resolve issues blocking delivery, and ensure projects are executed within the approved budget.
  • •Develop and monitor operational KPIs and a balanced scorecard, and continuously track and improve project performance.
  • •Ensure proper project closure and archiving of documents, measure stakeholder/beneficiary satisfaction, capture lessons learned, and comply with the authority’s information security policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 7 years of experience in project management.
  • •Proficiency in English and Arabic (speaking and writing).
  • •Strong ability to use project management software/programs.
  • •Follows the authority’s project management methodology and supports execution controls.
