Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Store Manager in overall boutique management covering sales, customer service, operations, product, and team performance.
  • •Ensure daily operations follow brand standards, including stock management, security, grooming, CRM, after-sales service, and store maintenance.
  • •Lead by example on the sales floor to drive day-to-day operations and support team members.
  • •Drive individual and team sales performance to achieve or exceed targets; coach and motivate the sales team for exceptional personalized customer experience.
  • •Supervise and develop sales staff through performance feedback, goal setting, floor observations, coaching, training, and handle basic disciplinary issues as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3–5 years of relevant management experience in luxury retail, fashion, or a similar customer-facing industry.
  • •Fluent in English; French is a plus.
  • •Passion for fashion, craftsmanship, and luxury service.
  • •Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; flexible to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays.
