Key Responsibilities

•Guide customers through sales, appraisals, test drives, and financing applications to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
•Assess vehicle condition and perform cosmetic inspections to meet CarMax Quality Standards.
•Manage inventory workflows including vehicle check-in, daily scanning, and reconciliation.
•Complete administrative paperwork tasks: reports, transaction paperwork, audits, and payment handling.
•Coordinate service appointments and review repair order invoices for accurate billing while following EH&S requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 17.2 - 36 hourly

Key Requirements

•Deliver exceptional customer service while guiding customers through sales, appraisals, test drives, and financing applications.
•Conduct accurate vehicle condition assessments and communicate appraisal findings to Buyers.
•Manage inventory processes including vehicle check-in, daily scanning, and reconciliation.
•Handle administrative tasks such as printing reports, maintaining transaction paperwork, auditing documents, and managing payments.
•High School Diploma (or equivalent) and a valid driver’s license; ability to lift up to 25 lbs and read/transcribe data accurately.
