Supervise daily operations in a Carvana Inspection Center’s vehicle reconditioning process. Lead and coach a team of leads and associates to drive continuous improvement and high engagement while meeting quality, production, and cost objectives. Ensure adherence to operating standards, policies, safety and loss prevention guidelines, and oversee recruiting, training, certification progression, and performance management. Support production planning and lead problem-solving using lean manufacturing practices.

•Recruit, select, orient, and train employees; execute progression path training and certification processes.

•Ability to obtain project deliverables and company metrics.
