Job Summary

Drive complex enterprise deals by owning technical discovery, qualification, and first-line technical responses throughout the sales cycle. Deliver value-based demonstrations and Proofs of Concept (PoCs) that map Lark’s collaboration, automation, and AI capabilities to customer success criteria. Partner with Sales and Account Executives, GTM teams, and Product to support evaluations and share market insights, while acting as a trusted technology advisor.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Account Executives to drive complex deals with multiple C-Level stakeholders.
•Own technical discovery and qualification to understand customer business objectives and pain points.
•Prepare and deliver value-based demonstrations and Proofs of Concept (PoCs).
•Provide first-line technical responses across all phases of the sales cycle.
•Work with customers and Lark GTM and product teams to support evaluations and share market insight.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of solution engineering, solution consulting, or solution architect experience in a SaaS organization.
•Familiarity with the enterprise SaaS ecosystem.
•Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
•Experience building and delivering Proofs of Concept (PoCs).
•Ability to travel as needed and work flexible hours throughout the sales territory.
