Job Function: Energy & Utilities Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Model and simulate end-to-end SerDes channels including transceivers, IC package, PCB and connectors across boards.
  • •Use SI tools and methodologies to perform time-domain and frequency-domain analyses (full-wave EM extractions, SPICE, IBIS-AMI, COM analysis).
  • •Identify high-speed link qualities such as loss, reflection and crosstalk and translate results into design guidelines for materials, stack-up, routing lengths, and PCB layout.
  • •Execute DOE sweeps to evaluate SI across process variations (silicon corners, trace impedance, terminations).
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • •Proficiency in SI simulation tools (Keysight ADS, Cadence PowerDC/PowerSI, Ansys HFSS)
  • •Hands-on experience with lab testing tools (TDR, VNA, high-speed oscilloscopes)
  • •Knowledge of high-speed system interconnects and major interfaces (PCIe, Ethernet, DDR, etc.)
  • •Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills
