Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, maintain, and support local and wide area network infrastructure.
  • •Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity; troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • •Configure and support switches, routers, firewalls, wireless systems, and related network equipment.
  • •Provide help-desk support and manage endpoint operations including deployment, configuration, patching, and troubleshooting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

  • •Working knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and wireless networking.
  • •Experience providing technical support for end users, devices, and business systems.
  • •Strong troubleshooting, communication, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic IT environment.
