Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and deploy machine learning models for customer segmentation, churn prediction, next-best-product recommendations, and campaign targeting.
  • •Build predictive analytics to improve customer engagement and product adoption across digital channels, monitoring and refining model performance.
  • •Support digital marketing analytics by evaluating campaign performance, building targeting/propensity/attribution models, and deriving ROI and acquisition insights.
  • •Design and support AI engineering and LLM applications, including integrating AI models and APIs into banking platforms and analytics workflows.
  • •Analyze and prepare large datasets (data extraction/cleaning/feature engineering), translate insights into recommendations, and present findings to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Overall 9.0+ years of experience in analytics in a fintech and/or retail banking environment.
  • •6+ years of hands-on experience in liability portfolio management analytics.
  • •Strong proficiency in Python for machine learning and data analysis, with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • •Hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, recommendation systems) and related tooling.
  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, statistics, or an engineering/quantitative field.
