Job Summary

Provide targeted technical coordination and analytical support to WHO ACE to advance climate and health financing, climate diplomacy, and regional initiatives in the Western Pacific. Support Member State and stakeholder engagement, develop COP31 and advocacy materials, and contribute to ACE-FIT implementation through desk reviews, standardized packages, and preparation of workshop and partnership outputs, including AIIB–WHO–World Bank partnership support.

Key Responsibilities

•Support engagement with Member States, financing partners, and international stakeholders to strengthen climate-health investment and advocacy.
•Develop and deliver technical and operational materials (presentations, briefing notes, key messages, speeches) for Pre-COP and COP31-related engagements.
•Maintain internal tracking, documentation, and knowledge management for partnerships and deliverables.
•Support ACE-FIT implementation through consolidated workplan tracking, desk reviews to map maturity and develop country archetypes, and creation of standardized materials.
•Provide technical and coordination support for planning and delivering 4–6 country workshops, and contribute to partnership outputs for AIIB–WHO–World Bank collaboration.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 6,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•University degree in public health, economics, international development, climate finance, or a related field.
•Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience in climate finance, international development, or health systems strengthening at international level.
•Experience working with UN agencies and multilateral development banks (highly desirable).
•Experience supporting multi-stakeholder partnerships and coordination processes.
•Experience supporting and engaging with UNFCCC and COP processes (including climate diplomacy work).
