Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • •8 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including significant HR Business Partner, organizational effectiveness, HR transformation, or related disciplines.
  • •Experience translating association people strategies into scalable implementation approaches that drive workforce and business outcomes.
  • •Proven experience leading association-wide HR program implementation, readiness, adoption, transformation, or change initiatives with multiple stakeholder groups.
