Store Team Lead

Lead day-to-day store activities in Estero, driving exceptional consumer experiences using the C.H.A.R.M service model. Partner with store management to achieve personal and team sales goals, assist across departments (POS, customer service, merchandising, visual presentation, stockroom), and maintain opening/closing and cash-handling responsibilities. Champion a positive team culture, act as a brand ambassador, and follow asset protection, inventory control, and compliance standards.
