Lead the delivery of complex, multidisciplinary building projects for the Auckland Buildings & Places team. You’ll manage both project and design management through detailed design, consenting, procurement, and construction while acting as the primary client contact. Oversee governance, commercial performance, risk management, and reporting, and coordinate specialists in complex, live environments. Mentor emerging talent to grow capability and strengthen client partnerships.
