Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive CMA program referrals and schedule program enrollments in office and at client residences.
  • •Complete CMA program enrollments by explaining services, rules, rights, and responsibilities; provide client orientation on assistance payments and procedures.
  • •Enter and maintain client data in the TXOR client track system and internal tracking systems; maintain detailed case notes and case files in line with grant requirements.
  • •Verify ongoing eligibility through monthly income verifications, employment compliance, SSI and TANF determinations, and EOIR checks; request monthly cash assistance payments.
  • •Serve as primary point of contact for enrolled clients and between WRTX and USCRI; complete RMA applications in eRED and respond to corrections as needed.

Salary: USD 22 hourly
