Coordinate program enrollments (including at client residences), manage interpreters, complete orientations, verify ongoing eligibility, maintain case notes and grant-compliant files, and serve as primary contact between WRTX and USCRI. Operate in a hybrid schedule and use TXOR and eRED systems to track clients and process applications.
