Job Summary

Lead electrical design projects for WSP’s Västra Götaland installations, supervising colleagues and coordinating with clients to deliver high-quality electrical engineering solutions. Bring at least 10 years’ experience in electrical projektering, preferably with hospital or advanced technical installations. Collaborate across project startup to completion, develop commercial and business development aspects, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring strong Swedish and English communication.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee elprojektering tasks and collaborate with experienced colleagues while mentoring less experienced engineers.
•Engage with customers and provide technical solutions through various projekterings meetings.
•Balance project variety and participate in commercial questions and business development activities.
•Support projects from early planning through commissioning and operation, coordinating with the team.
•Foster teamwork and development of colleagues, ensuring high-quality results.

Key Requirements

•At least 10 years of experience working with electrical projektering (electrical design).
•Experience with hospital or other technically advanced, installation-dense projektering is a plus.
•Strong flexibility, engagement and business-mindedness; able to work well in a team and develop colleagues.
•Very good written and spoken Swedish and English.
•You should be a civil or university engineer or have equivalent demonstrated knowledge from work life.
